Parking in Central Edinburgh can be difficult, inconvenient or expensive, but parking at Dumbiedykes is a notable exception as there are numerous parking bays, as well as a multi-storey parking block nearby.

The flat, and two similar flats in the same block, are available for long-term rent at £650 per month, and for weekly rent at £250-£500 depending on the time of year. The flat is also sometimes available for less than one week
